Working schedule of December

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you about the working schedule of Power Ltd. during December:

  • December 13 working day (Saturday), 2025
    – All shops are closed
  • December 23 (Tuesday), 2025
    – Last working day of the year
  • January 5 (Monday), 2026
    – First working day of the year

Accordingly, domestic parcels will be delivered as follows:

Orders received between December 24, 2025 and January 4, 2026, will be processed on the first working day of the year, January 5, 2026. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service workload.

For export shipments:

  • Parcels dispatched on December 13, 2025, will be forwarded according to the export transit time of the destination country, with delivery carried out in line with the working schedule of the destination country.
  • From December 23, 2025, international mainline services will operate on the dispatch days specified in the schedule above, ensuring parcels are forwarded with normal transit times. Please note that public holidays and working days may vary across destination countries.

The Paradox On-call Schedule

  • December 23, 2025
    – The last business day before the holidays with regular working hours, on-call service from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • December 24–29, 2025
    – On-call service is suspended
  • December 30, 2025
    – Available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • December 31, 2025 – January 4, 2026
    – On-call service is suspended
  • From January 5, 2026
    – Available during regular working hours

During the on-call service suspension, please send the description of the issue along with the relevant details to muszaki@powerbizt.hu. This allows us to register it in our ticketing system, and on December 30 the on-call technician will process the submitted tickets. We can also assist with a callback that day, and the on-call service will be available. Tickets submitted after December 30 will be processed on January 5.
