Extro Flex has been a family business since it was founded, when it was still based on plastics processing.
Today, their aim is to offer premium quality products at affordable prices that ensure easy and quick installation. They also work with durable, recycled materials that are free of toxic or environmentally harmful substances.
Extro grommets are compatible with the complete Extro Flex range of liner fittings. As with the tubes, the glands are halogen-free and UV-resistant and can be used both indoors and outdoors.
The liner tubes are designed to withstand mechanical stress in accordance with standards, while being flexible enough for easy and quick installation. The material used for their manufacture is a high-density, UV-resistant polyethylene, which retains its flexibility at low temperatures (-40°C to +105°C). In the event of fire, they do not emit toxic substances, are self-extinguishing and do not spread combustion. They keep their properties for a long time, up to 50 years!
Extro Flex flexible protection tubes and grommets have been developed by German specialists specifically for the indoor and outdoor construction industry.
The raw materials used for the products have been tested in independent laboratories. Modern production lines and high-precision tooling from Germany allow for automatic packaging of the coils. The system is ISO certified.
Their production line has a balanced capacity of tens of millions of metres per year.
