Combined heat rate - maximum heat and optical smoke sensor
The combination sensor can be used for alarm equipment. Smoke detection is detected by measuring the degree of dispersion of the light of the IR diode placed in the smoke chamber on the smoke particles, while heat is detected by a combined evaluation method, reaching a maximum value (57 °C) or when the rate of temperature increase exceeds the value prescribed by the EN 54 standard. Either sensor part can trigger an alarm on its own, while both components are faster to signal. In the event of an alarm, the LED flashes and switches the relay contact. The relay is NO by default, it can be set to NC with a jumper.
