To test it, you can use the tester 5709C.

Recommended glass size: 1 x 2 feet = 30.48 cm x 60.96 cm or longer;
At least 1 x 1 foot = 30.48 cm x 30.48 cm

For glass thickness, it is recommended as follows:
• Flat glass: 3/3 to 1/4 inch = 25.4 mm to 6.35 mm.
• Tempered glass: 1/8 to 1/4 inch = 3.175 mm to 6.35 mm.
• Laminated glass: 1/8 to 1/4 inch = 3.175 mm to 6.35 mm.
