The Predor system is designed for medium and large enterprises to simplify the day-to-day tasks of access control and time and attendance. The flexibility of the system makes it easy to meet individual needs.
There are a number of solutions that make companies run more smoothly and efficiently, saving employers time and money. The Predor Enterprise version now includes three new features.
Certificates and documents
Holders of this licence can simplify the management of general certificates and documents required for employment. Depending on the type of company and its needs, there are many applications for this function. For example, the system can send a notification when an employee is due for an aptitude test, but it can also be set up to only allow employees who have valid documents to enter the area.
If necessary, any individual document can be set up for the system, as it can handle these without any problems. You can also select the validity of documents, access restrictions and the exact time when notifications are sent.
This Predor system is supported by a graphical overview interface where employee certificates are displayed. From here, the necessary data can be retrieved at the touch of a button.
Subsystems management
Subsystem management is specifically designed for situations where several different companies are operating in the same site or office building. Since they are operating in the same area, their systems should be managed in a common database, but it may be expected that the administrators of each system do not have access to the data of the other companies.
A central Predor server has no problem with different corporate clients connecting to it. In this case, the subsystem can manage its own logins, time sheets and employees separately, so there is no need to adapt the license packages to other companies at all.
Event admission
This module is particularly useful for large-scale events. Up to 5,000 people can be checked in and out automatically.
Once licensed, Predor generates a unique QR code for each guest, which can be sent by email or printed automatically using a pre-configured printer. The code can be used immediately according to the predefined rights, i.e. for one-time and seasonal access or even as a pass.
You can predefine guest types, assign eligibility levels and validity periods. Tickets and passes can be in English or Hungarian and can also be printed with custom text - making it easy to tailor them to your specific needs.
